  • The kit is easy to install.
  • The extra cushion from the springs add to the comfort of the ride. 
  • The kit is sturdy professionally Powder coated 1/8" steel.
  • The Kit is installed using the four bolts that are already in the frame.
  • The p-pad bolts to the existing holes in the fender and its 4 1/2" x 12".
  •  We start with 1/8" steel pan. The pan is very thick, rigid, and sturdy.  The pan has a kick up in the back to hold you on the seat.  The seat is ergonomically correct to provide a comfortable ride.
  • The seat measures 12" wide by 13" long.
  • The studs in the rear are 7" apart. 
  • Next we lay up and shape high density urethane closed cell foam on to the pan, to give good support and comfort.
