Our Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not having been mounted, and in its original packaging.

If your return is received and accepted, by Mother Road Customs, your refund will be processed, minus a 15% restocking fee, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. What is a custom item? Any seat that has or custom stud spacing or pan shape modifications. Any item that is made custom upon request, including color, artwork etc, or any modifications that are not displayed as an option in our online store products.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
